Windowing, or Window Patching, Production Process –

The RT-WP Series automatic window patching machine completes the processing by paper feeding, alignment, gluing, film patching, and paper delivery.

YOCO’s Windowing Machine Equipment Details –

Through the PLC program, adjust the machine operation to use single-speed mode or two-speed mode.
When the paper length is less than or equal to 450m, the two-speed mode is adopted, that is, the glue roller can walk one circle and two sheets of paper; when the paper length is greater than 450, the single-speed mode is adopted, that is, the glue roller can walk one circle and one sheet of paper, which can greatly improve work efficiency

YOCO Fully Automatic Window Patching Machine Continued –

When the paper is misplaced or double-sided, the machine can be automatically shut down through the electric eye detection on the machine
Through the lower plate angle on the HMI, the gluing and film of the machine can be controlled, that is, when the paper breaks, the machine will automatically not glue and film the paper, so as to prevent the glue from sticking to the belt, and save time on cleaning up
The gluing roller, suction roller, cutter roller and gluing part are all controlled by servo motors, which can be adjusted accurately through PLC programs, eliminating the need for manual adjustment and improving work efficiency
