This is a complete Müller Martini PUR glue application package removed from a working Müller Martini perfect binder line. The system includes a Müller Martini PUR-Blockschmelzer MOD 40 POT block melter (2014) along with two Müller Martini PUR spine-glue roller stations. Designed for consistent, high-quality PUR adhesive application, this setup is compatible with a wide range of Müller Martini perfect binders such as Acoro, Bolero, Pantera, Amigo, and similar models.

The MOD 40 POT melter provides controlled melting of PUR adhesive blocks and pumps the glue through heated hoses to the twin roller units. Each glue station features dual red application rollers, metering plates/doctor blades, and gear-driven assemblies for precise adhesive laydown and reliable high-volume performance.
