No longer do operators have to take laminated product to the Guillotine Cutter to “cut off” frayed end-sheets. With our Hot Knife film separator, sheets lay flat with no “curl” build up. This reduction in a manufacturing step improves work flow, and finished product quality.

Heated Calendar Roller: Water vs. Oil –

The Best 76 has a calendar roller heated by oil. This engineering approach generates a more consistent temperature across the heated calendar [compared to electrical coils, or a water-based roller]. Similarly, as the oil is self-maintained, the operator ease of use is more desirable for inexperienced employees.
