Tecnau M20 Merger
The Tecnau M20 Merger is a high-speed slit-and-merge module designed to convert 2-up roll-fed output into a single, collated web. Using dynamic center-slit justification, it automatically compensates for web movement to ensure precise merging at speeds up to 600 ft/min. The M20 supports both pinfed and pinless media and allows quick changeovers between slit-merge, 2-up, or 3-up configurations. It is an ideal upstream companion to cutters and stackers for applications such as transactional, direct mail, and book production.
