Feeding Section – 

• Equipped with German design non-stop feeding system supplied by Mabeg Machinery (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd.
• There are (2) suction cups each for lifting paper and (2) other suction cups for moving paper | Height and angle of suction heads are easily adjustable.
• Micro-adjustment is available for lateral position of pile table | up and down of pile table is with double speed adjust­ment
• European design pneumatic clutch and rotary joint strict­ly follows European safety standard
• Equipped with European pneumatic air clutch lock-up system to ensure stability and reliability

Stripping Section – 

• 3-action movement structure with upper, middle and lower stripping frame facilitates die change
• Stripping pins or male/female die are available for different stripping jobs
• Match with the center-line registration system in die cutting section, the same system also apply to the stripping section to minimize changeover time. Accurate positioning can in­crease production efficiency

Automatic Lubrication – 

• Equipped with an automatic central oil supply lubrication system, each lubrication point adopts open and quantitative oil supply me­thods
• The elbow mechanism and crank link of the main drive are forcibly lubricated
• The main chain adopts PLC control intermittent refueling to ensure the uniformity and clean­liness of the main chain lubrication
