Feeding Section – 

• Equipped with German design mms non-stop fee­ding system supplied by Mabeg Machinery (Shan­ghai) Co., Ltd.
• Paper feeding detection, front lay and double sheet detection are all equipped
• Non-stop feeding and pre-loader are available
• Pile table with transversal micro-adjustment system

Stripping Section – 

• Three action stripping movement enables to strip cardboard and corrugated board. Gripper front edge waste removal system for higher production efficiency
• Match with the centerlining registration system in diecutting section, the same system also apply to the stripping section to minimize changeover time. Accurate positioning can increase production efficiency

Foil Stamping Section – 

• Foil pulling stamping which is easy to operate
• 2 foil pulling rollers are controller by high power servo control system
• There are 12 heating zones. Equipped with air blowing device for separation of foil and paper of big area foil stamping job

Delivery Section – 

• Pallet type delivery is standard configuration, non-stop delivery with maximum height of 1400mm
• Auxiliary side jogging system, ensure smooth delivery
• Safety photo-electric devices prevent over-ascending and over-descending of paper pile
• Adjustable depressor brush helps unloading paper from gripper and piling up paper
• Option: Paper insert device
