Foil Stamping Description – 

• Foil stamping blocks are fixed on the honeycomb plate. Equip­ped with film holder for easy make-ready.
• Adopts automatic pressure increase and automatic no paper pressure decrease system.
• Dwell time pressure is available for big surface foil stamping.
• Independent air pressure cylinder is available for air separation of big surface foil stamping.

Control Interface – 

• The machine has 12-zone temperature control for better stamping control
  • Temperature ad­justment is carried out on the touch screen, and the control temperature error is +/- 1 degree Celsius
• A control system where foil feeding and machine speed are syn­chronized
• Each servo system can be individually controlled for speed regu­lation
• Equipped with air blowing, stripping angle control system, aluminum foil breaking, and safety sensor alarm system

Longitudinal Foil Stamping – 

• Operator can go inside the machine to change foil and hence saving changeover time.
• Both the foil control cabinet and the foil rewinding units are inside the machine to allow more space. The maximum foil size is 220mm in diameter.
• The waste foil rewind is inside machine which is most suitable for collecting narrow foil. This can also avoid dust from the foil carried by brushes.
  • Optional – Outside brush device to collect the waste foil.

Optional Transversal Foil Stamping – 

• With (2) designs in transversal direction: foil feeding and pulling
• Max. stamping size up to 1040 x 715mm | 40.94″ x 28.14″
• Max. foil diameter up to 200mm | 7.87″
• Foil rewinding and unwinding are outside the machine, easy to operate which improve efficiency
• Waste foil collecting is fixed at op.side which makes easier for operator to check stamping quality
