The Optima 106 is a flat-bed die-cutting press designed for producing folding cartons, packaging, and other cut-and-crease jobs — handling sheets up to 29.53″ × 41.73″, and materials from 90 g/m² paper up to 1.5 mm solid board or 3 mm corrugated board. It combines die-cutting, creasing, and stripping in one pass: after cutting, a built-in stripping station automatically removes waste, delivering ready-to-use blanks, which boosts throughput and reduces manual labor. The machine is built for productivity — with speeds up to 8,500 sheets/hour, fast-lock “Fast-Flow” die and stripping frame mounting for quick make-ready, and automation features (automatic feeding, pile alignment, motorized front lays) that support fast changeovers and consistent quality.
