Feeding Section

• Equipped with German design mms non-stop feeding system supplied by Ma beg Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
• Whole machine is risen, making the maximum pile height up to 1600mm
• There are 4 suction cups each for lifting paper and 5 other suction cups for moving paper; height and angle of suction heads are easily adjustable
• The up and down of pile table can be adjusted by double-speed control system while micro-adjustment is available for transversal position of pile table
• Lateral blowing system is adopted to enhance paper separation. Equipped with electronic sensor to detect double sheet during transportation

Micro Adjustment on Cutting Plate

• Center lining system on diecutting chase with transversal micro adjustment ensures accurate registration thus results in quick job changeover
• Aluminum base plate is under the cutting plate to serve as a cushion to reduce noise and to protect the cutting plate, hence to prolong the lifetime of the cutting plate
• Accurate positioning of cutting chase controlled by precision photocell sensors with automatic chase lock device
• Pneumatic lock-up system on diecutting chase to increase efficiency
  • Easy slide in and out of diecutting plate is realized by air floating device
  • Customer can choose 4mm+ 1 mm die cutting plate system
